We will continue to procure land and development opportunities, throughout Northern Ireland, to provide high quality, efficient and sustainable homes to make a positive difference to the lives of those in housing need.
Working closely with Housing Associations and Councils, we ensure our developments are built to high environmental standards, reducing the environmental impact and cutting the running costs for our clients and their tenants.
Our current partnership with Radius Housing has enabled us to deliver high quality homes within the Greater Belfast area.
We work collaboratively with the construction and design teams, and, to date, this has resulted in over 100 general-needs homes successfully delivered to our client.
With more projects in the pipeline, we will continue our successful relationship with Radius Housing, investing in neighbourhoods where people are proud to live.
