The Spaciable portal allows you to track the progress of your build, access all of your important documents and view your home selections.
Peace of Mind
Our homes come with a 10-year NHBC (an industry-regulated insurance scheme) which includes deposit protection from exchange of contracts, a two-year builder warranty from legal completion, and then eight years of structural defects insurance cover.
